Most all of the Patriot League's non-conference schedule - across most sports, including football - is with the Ivy League so this is no surprise.

Army and Navy football are not in the Patriot League, but most other sports are and will be impacted.  Going to be hard finding replacement competition in the Northeast.  Most colleges in this part of the country are shutting down fall sports.

Last I saw on nyt (https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2020/science/coronavirus-vaccine-tracker.html), the only "approved" vaccine in the world is one developed specifically for Chinese military use.  Who knows how well it actually works and how long it was truly under development (not worth going down those rabbit holes), but that's the report.

Yup. Governments all over the world have no qualms about deploying experimental vaccines on their troops before the general population and before adequate safety protocols are complete. I have had some interesting discussions with veteran friends vis-a-vis their experiences with the anthrax vaccine...

I’d be very surprised albeit ecstatic to see games played anywhere past this September; because it would assuredly be a morally decent decision at that point. Please prove me wrong on my doubts (not you guys, CFB).

I assume one of the P5 leagues will announce a cancellation of the fall season by early next week.  There just isn't a viable path to a season at this point, and there's something to be said about being proactive.
