Rocco Grimaldi IS the Tim Tebow of amateur hockey...sooooo...yeah.
Tired of seeing blonde men in blonde uniforms holding onto the puck in our zone.

Totally random but I have forgotten how much harder it is to follow hockey in SD than HD.

Did you see the SBNation article about the Canadians reaction on Twitter to USA's shalacking of Canada? Obviously they picked the most obnoxious ones but I thought Canadians were nicer than that! Although considering the only thing people in Vancouver have ever rioted about are Stanley Cup losses hockey is obviously different...

Don Cherry went off on his little hissy fit and said that American players shouldn't be allowed in the CHL.

Canadian tears are Cherry-flavoured.
I'm cool with it if that means Jason Botterill, Mike Comrie, and Milan Gajic can still come to Michigan while we can keep Jack Campbell and John Gibson here, as well.
The USA has won this tournament twice in the last four years. Canada hasn't won it once. It's killing them, and it's killing them even more since most people in the US (unfortunately) don't even know that this event even exists.
But I know...and I'm damn proud of our developmental program and the kids who come through it.

I think I'd prefer maple syrup flavored to Cherry flavored.

This team almost didn't make round robin and they go on and win the gold. Great job from everyone who competed.
