OT: Will Muschamp to Florida
This hasn't been announced as official yet, so all the caveats still apply, but it looks like Will Muschamp (Texas DC/Coach in Waiting) will be Florida's next coach.
Seems like a great get, Texas recruiting ties at a Florida school.

I believe it is only a rule in the NFL.

The NCAA cannot dictate who institutions hire nor can it install a "Rooney Rule" for college football. The NFL‘s "Rooney Rule" requires minority candidates be included in the interview process or else teams face a fine if they are excluded.
