Big changes for the USWNT as Jill Ellis starts both Abby Wambach and Alex Morgan. Tobin Heath also back in the lineup as they close out the group stage tonight against Nigeria.
Nigeria's coach hasn't watched any film on the US because he "prefers to focus on his own team". Okay.

I hope they bust out every soccer variation of the flying v, Air Bud entering the game, MJ's special stuff, that middle school football play where the center looks confused and the QB runs for a TD and everything else. They wouldn't be prepared for it at all.
Hence the "soccer versions" at the front of the post. How can you be prepared for any kind of non-standard strategy/tendencies without watching film?

She took a leave from her club team to focus on the World Cup. Yes, she's been rusty, but OTOH, she hasn't had the wear & tear from the NWSL. We'll see if that pays off.
