cutting up Millwood.
Not suprising--the Orioles are a bunch of Chicago Cubs castoffs. Yeesh, that's scary...
need to finish strong going into the all-star break. Sweep a horrible Baltimore team and then take 2 out of 3 from Minnesota and hopefully that will set them up to contend for the division.
Tigers are taking the lead in runs and errors!
Absolutely no defense being played and no one can agree on who they want to lead their team whether it is a quarterback or a pitcher.
The Tigers know they are playing the Orioles, right??
This is like a beer league game
sure Cabrera stays away from the beer cooler
letdown Oliver although he also did not make a few key pitches. Leyland will stay with a starter in those situations but not a rookie. Oliver may be on the bus to Toledo or Erie by the end of the day.
both teams are into the bullpen this game could end up 16-13.
14 runs score and it's not the 3rd inning yet. Yikes...
apparently both teams gave their pitchers the day off. 15 runs in less than two and a half innings, crazy.
As of now, Cabrera is leading or tied for each Triple Crown category. Dude is a beast.
Also, everyone likes either loving or hating on Inge. I'm gonna give him a little love here. Inge is batting .264 on the year. He's almost 30 points above his career BA and OBP marks. Not trying to be an Inge slappy or anything, but I think it's worth pointing out that he's not as terrible an option as many like to make him.
Jose Bautista has 21 homers, Cabrera has 20.
Hmm... you appear to be correct.
Yahoo Sports league leader comparison box fails me.
It is nice to see Jake Fox doing well too. Michigan Alum, even if he's playing against the Tigs today.
Is it me or do Guillen's putout attempts to either first or to second scare the hell out of you? His spinning, his underhand/sidearm throws...I just never feel comfortable when he has to make a throw.
Poor Oliver can't seem to get good defense behind him.
