OT: Tigers Aug 20

I was pretty optimistic yesterday thinking Greinke would beat Chicago and that the Tigers would destroy Snell, thereby going up 4 games. From the looks of today's game, they'll be lucky to stay 2.5 ahead. The offense looks horrible yet again, and Washburn will probably give up 3 runs in this game. I should stop getting my hopes up and accept that the AL central lead will never be more than 3 games, and won't be decided until the end no matter what happens in a current series. Just look at Minnesota the last two nights, coming back to win and remain afloat in the division. Tigers better watch out, and Huff better start hitting. Damn.

Wow holy shit. Two awesome comebacks against the Mariners in this series. Too bad the Tiger hitters shit their pants against Ian Snell, could have been an epic sweep.

Totally should have taken Clete Thomas out. Kudos to you, sir. Look, having expectations is great, getting upset when they lose is fine. "The Ultimate Quizmaster" acting like Jim Leyland is a baseball idiot is gay.

Well well well, I miss the game but see the Tigers are victorious. Yeah. Then I get on this thread and see the emotional roller-coaster I missed. Great win, hard to watch, your Detroit Tigers 2009
