OT: Pats mascot arrested in prostitution sting
For anyone needing a pick-me-up after losing the volleyball game, I thought I'd post this hilarious news story:
One of the guys who plays the Patriots' mascot was arrested for soliciting a prostitute as part of a sting in Rhode Island. As another funny sidenote, prostitution was apparently legal recently in Rhode Island as long as it occurred indoors. A legal loophole was accidentally introduced by the Rhode Island legislature in 1980 and it wasn't fixed until November.

Judge Judy: “This is the third time I have seen you in this courtroom. I'm going to have to impose the maximum sentence on you."
What was that? Under a little known Rhode Island blue law, a legislator had determined the worst possible sentence after seeing the movie, “It’s Pat” based on the gender-neutral character in Saturday Night Live. Nobody could tell Pat’s sex. Actually, nobody really cared either. So, the movie, which was to reveal Pat’s real sex, was rated among the bottom 100 movies of all time and among the worst five movies in its (still uncertain) genre.
The movie was, in fact, so bad that the legislator suggested it could be used as a weapon against crime. So, in Pat the Patriots trial before Judge Judy, she said:
"I hereby sentence you to watch It’s Pat The Movie!!”
Pat the Patriot exclaimed: “No!! No!! Send me to the chair!!!”
His appeal is currently under review.

This thread is hilarious, especially the "He wasn't soliciting. He just said he wanted a little head." comment.
+1 for everyone.
