Not sure either. I knew I had seen it, too. I went looking back to get the link. I guess this explains why I can't find it.

Some people (CPS, Brodie and others) did not like UMxWolverine's (or whatever his name is) tag. Some people (foote fetish, myself and blue Vroix and others) didn't mind it at all. This turned into a battle of epic proportions. It was ridiculous really and got deleted the next day. It had over 200 comments about a kids tag. Just one of those nights.

I must be one of the few people that don't find these clips funny.
The source footage is taken from Der Untergang (Downfall), which is a pretty good German film about Hitler's last days in the bunker. Watching the shitty attempts at "comedy" that some of these YouTube buffoons keep releasing is about as pleasing to me as sitting through a four-hour root canal - and come to think of it, the latter may actually be more entertaining.
I don't see why people want to read the poorly-written subtitles of some 15-year old asshat with a pirated copy of Sony Vegas. It was lame the first time - now after the 4.5e24th imitator, it's just fucking annoying.

How can I consider myself such a youtube connoisseur without ever having come across a Downfall parody before the OSU-Purdue one a few days ago? How'd I miss the boat? Spending too much time with Kige Ramsey I suppose...
