OT: Drew Sharp tells all
Apparently, the most important thing the Lions need to do to turn their team around is change the logo and, possibly, color scheme.

As you would expect, most of this article is typical DS BS. But at the end, he shows a real moment of clarity in a very personal admittance as he explores the reasons for Detroit being ridiculed in the national press:
"When you're surrounded by clowns ... you shouldn't be shocked when you're constantly squirted with seltzer water."
Thank you, Drew, for pointing out that you are a clown and contribute to the city's bad image. Tool.

An image change would be a major positive, but they'd probably choose some horrific clip art looking thing.

Remember when the Piston's changed their logo? How well did that work?

I LOVED the horsehead/ball combination logo. That thing was sweet. Then they ditched it for the sorta-old-school-but-just-not-as-cool-as-the-championship-years one they're going with now.

Replace the lion logo with a little fluffy kitty.

The Lions logo is actually pretty sweet. The color scheme isn't bad either. Problem is, if I were to show you an ink blot of the logo, the first word in your mind would be FAIL.
