You can see what's available on your cable system at http://www.bigtennetwork.com/gamefinder/index.html I can't absolutely promise it's accurate, but it worked for me last year.
Just type in your zip code and select AT&T. If you mean AT&T U-Verse, it looks like they're showing the alternate channels on channels 1691-94.

The other channels are for other games on the BTN. It's usually the closest one to you that's in HD. I'm sure Penn State vs. Cupcake U will be on them often...

I found it, thanks. The channels aren't listed as alternates to the BTN specifically in the channel guide, but I should have checked the website first.

I knew it was a good idea to switch to U-verse. The channels listed are all HD channels, but of course, that doesn't actually mean they will be broadcast in HD. Here's hoping all the big 10 games will be in HD anyways.
