Those are someone's idea of the Blue Angels (with the Navy/Blue Angels color scheme and numbering). Pure fiction; the Navy does not fly the B-2. But that would be a cool aerial demonstration.

According to wikianswers, which may or may not be true, "A B-2 Stealth Bomber crashed during the last week of Feb 2008. The news media reported its price as $1.5 Billion or $1,500,000,000." So, for a mere $1.5 billion, you might be able to get one.

I watched a fly-by of just one B-2 at a Willow Run air show a couple of years ago, and that airplane is simply scary when it goes over you.
