They always charge and usually the top deck(c) is empty, but this year students got in for free so thats why it was packed

That state lives for football and they worship the Buckeyes. Whether they go to school in Columbus or not, everybody loves the Buckeyes, so this isn't surprising to me. I lived down in Columbus for a summer and until you spend a little time there, it's hard to comprehend... It's all they live for -- you can make wise cracks about how lame that is, because it is kind of sad -- but the results are hard to argue.

Wow, sounds like a full house. Also, for anyone who was ripping on Pryor over some jersey scrimmage a week or so ago, feel free to ignore that he went 13/18 for 191 yards and a couple touchdowns in the spring game.

I don't see what's wrong with a healthy dose of hating when it comes to the posionous nuts. They broke the record, good for them. Pryor played well, good for them. Even as I type this sh** I am throwing up in my mouth. The posionous nuts can do us all a favor and live up to their names and go suck on some poison. MMMMMMMMMMMmmmmm, feel the love.

any idea what charities the proceeds went to? I can set up my family as a charitable entity and then donate the money to myself. Not accusing anybody of anything just saying it could happen.

Are you fucking joking? You read that the Buckeyes are giving the majority of the money to charity, and you want to check and see if it's legit? First, other schools charge admission and just keep the money for the AD - OSU could have just done that and saved the creation of a dummy charity, so your point makes no sense. Second, isn't it possible to ever admit that they actually did a decent thing here?

That charity needs to be checked out by the authorities. I'm told the money goes to an offshore bank in Antigua, then gets rerouted through Swiss banks, then gets laundered through various restaurants located in Delaware, and then lands in the hands of five-star recruits. And my extremely, top secret super-inside source tells me that, in order to prevent certain expenses from showing up on his personal checking account, Jim Tressel uses the charity money to buy his annual batch of ladies' silk lingerie that he wears beneath his sweater vest outfit.

Here is one of the fraudulent charities OSU gives to: http://www.colrmhc.org/rmhc/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=2… "Partnership with Ohio State University Athletics - As of July 2007, McDonald’s owner/operators of Central Ohio became the exclusive Quick Service Restaurant sponsor for Ohio State University’s Athletics program, including football, hockey, and men’s and women’s basketball. As part of this $2.5 million, 5-year sponsorship, Ohio State University and RMHC history was made when tickets to the 2007 OSU Spring Game on April 12th were sold in a venue outside of the University with $1 of each ticket benefitting Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Ohio. As part of the sponsorship, OSU will educate the public about RMHC and its role in the community." Students that were admitted free to the game were only admitted to the south stands.

First..I am an Ohio State fan I will admit and I am amazed at the little respect SOME [thats not saying all] of you have for OSU. Can you honestly find something positive to say about them?!?! I think Michigan has a good team. I understand that yes, we're rivals and we are supposed to be against eachother but even for bowl games I am for Michigan, because I hope the best for a Big Ten team. I mean seriously..one of my friends is pretty much a die-hard Michigan fan and she doesnt even hate on Ohio State as much of some of you are..dang! I was texting her during the game and said it was fun being there and one of her texts says [word for word] "that woulda been a blast not gonna lie, even tho it is osu lol" Second..Yes, the money DID go to charity and students DID get in free this year. I mean, they should get in free, they pay to go to school there, so why not get in for free?! But students could only sit in a certain area, they couldnt sit all around the stadium. Plus, other [non students] only had to pay $5. Also from what I understood, some of the players even commented on the fact that there were so many fans for something that wasnt even a game! Ohio is a die-hard football state! Third..I dont remember who it was..but someone was saying something about Pryor, unless it was in a different blog. At the spring games people actually yell to the players and act as if it is an actual game. There wasnt one person around me saying "oh, give 'em a break, its just a spring game" no..they were talking about Pryors 2 passes and how they were toward the ground like it was the end of the world. Seriously, DO give him a break, it was only practice, he has a years experience under his belt. Not every qb is going to have a perfect game. Feel free to disagree with me about any of this. Just my opinion. Also saying that some Ohio State fans, do, indeed respect Michigan :)

First..I am an Ohio State fan I will admit and I am amazed at the little respect SOME [thats not saying all] of you have for OSU. There a many people here that, when the discussion comes to Ohio State, stick their brains in a lock-box. As compared to the attitude towards other teams, the retard quotient is at least 10 times that for OSU. Many who post here seriously seem to think that either (1) all OSU fans/students are genetically flawed or (2) culturally, there is some kind of indoctrination going on at OSU whereas all students and fans are required/brain-washed into acting in a red-neck, despicable nature. [Actually, I suspect that what these people see is a reflection of themselves; they get back what they give to OSU fans/students]. Oh, and most importantly, a predominant view around here is that any success that O$U has is solely due to cheating. All success UM achieves is due entirely to hard work and clean living.
