proceeds go directly to Mott's Childrens Hospital, Vada Murray, or Phil Brabbs. Do not pass go.
A charity auction would fetch some money for a good cause. Hopefully it happens, he probably won't wear the original day-to-day anyways.
Why do you hate consecutive identical consonants?
It's "Scot Loeffler."
EDIT: whoops, missed the "Loefler" part, you were right.
Because consecutive identical consonants kiled my father.
Chuck Norris?
Given all the trouble he's gone to to recover it, it'd seem kind of strange for him to turn around and sell it. What I'd do if I were him would be to donate it to Schembechler Hall for its little football museum.
He had a replacement ring that the AD made for him. He just recovered the original
He still evidently wanted this one back, given all we've heard.
The original because its the original, and the duplicate to wear around since its not as sentimentally valuable and because they probably spelled his name right the seocnd time.
...because they probably spelled his name right the seocnd time.
If so, funny. If not, ironic yet still funny.
Is there a link out there that shows that Loeffler's ring has been recovered? I know the back story, but I wasn't aware that it was officially in his possession yet and a quick Google search yielded...this thread.
(That he recovered it.) Anyone confirm that? I'm checking with my contacts. I think it's likely that'll they get it if the police engaged the store. Based on what I've learned from Pawn Stars/Chumley, those shops pretty much back down if anything smells funny with the merchandise.
