Walton to the 76ers too! Great week for Michigan basketball
The 76ers agreed to a one-year deal with free agent G Derrick Walton Jr., sources tell ESPN.

Yes!! Gotta keep Giannis in Milwaukee. Will be nice to both D. J. Wilson and Sauce Castillo playing at the Fiserv.

Unfortunately don’t go to Fiserve expecting to see Wilson play. He’s been at he end of the bench. Maybe he can break through this year.

D.J was traded to the Kings, last week.

Bucks are protected if Giannis leaves now.

Thanks! I confess I was pleased when the old wedding phrase fit Michigan's basketball situation. Y'might even call it a marriage made in heaven.

Well played, Sir.

Nik just needs to find the right fit in the league. Too good of a shooter. Or perhaps too poor of a defender.

He's been a very bad shooter in the NBA.
November 27th, 2020 at 10:15 AM ^
You're right. According to basketball reference, he's had 2 good stretches of shooting. In 2018 after being traded to the Cavs mid-season he shot 42.9 percent from 3 on 2.6 attempts per game. Before that his best shooting performance was a 35 game stretch in 2017 after being traded to the Nets. He shot 40.4 percent from 3 on 2.8 attempts per game. Besides those short stretches he's been around 35 percent or less. Not great, bob.
Another piece of the puzzle is his 2pt% is way worse than his 3pt%. Definitely not good for a guy who is always going to be a sub-par defender. If he can be more consistent with his shooting he might find a way onto the tail end of a roster. I would think he'd have to average above 40 percent from 3 to make up for his lack of skill defensively.

If Duncan made it he can too.

I bet Lopez finishes with a higher 3P%. Prove me wrong, Nik.

Bad title.
Congrats to Nik!
