New college football video game being developed by a startup company
A small company in Alabama founded by two brothers is going to try to bring to market a college football game to be released in 2019. They'll be starting a Kickstarter campaign on September 2nd. Although I'm skeptical with regards to video games on Kickstarter (Mighty No. 9, OUYA, etc.) it would be neat to see a refreshed college football game.

The only fun i get out of ncaa 14 now is just playing through the season in exhibition mode and just predicting who would make the big ten championship game and the playoff. Dynasty mode would still be playable if only they added the playoff.

1. Buy Madden 2008 from Amazon for 9.99 (digital download for PC)
2. Install Heisman 14 and the Heisman 14 add on from: http://footballidiot.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=18332
3. Grab the roster editor listed in the forum topic above and update rosters to their 2016 status as desired.
4. Play NCAA football on your PC.

I doubt there's a dynasty mode in the game, but I bet there's all kinds of mods to update jerseys. This might be the only way to play a college football game with Michigan wearing the Jordan brand.

0% chance this game delivers the goods. Two dudes and a kickstarter just dont have the resources. Could they reproduce Tecmo Super Bowl type action? Yes. Start there, guys.

This can only end badly. Plus by 2019, i would think(hope) EA, 2k, or whoever would be greenlighted to make another game.

Curt Schilling invested his 401k from his ESPN days in this.

God luck to them. Another company tried it some time ago on KS and couldn't get funding; NCAA basically said they'd shut them down if they didn't stay super-generic, at which point you are getting a generic football game that is worse than just imagining Madden with different jerseys.

Something new would be great.
The gameplay for NCAA Footbal14 has gotten a little old.
My personal favorite is NCAA 2006 with all of the music in the background and of course also has the 2005 Texas Longhorns

didn't EA tease more NCAA football a couple months ago by posting like a cardiograph picture/gif acting like there was a pulse on the NCAA football facebook page or did that end up being nothing?
