Congrats ladies! Thanks for adding points to the Directors Cup chase!!
Says here that it's their first-ever title (at least since 1982):
Way to go, Michigan women!
Nice job, ladies!
So if I'm reading this chart right, Indiana and Iowa were 70 and 76 over par? I'm not a golfer, but that doesn't sound good.
Actually, it is not all that bad. That is the cumulative score of 4 golfers playing 54 holes each. Now, Michigan playing at 5 over in this 3 day event-that is good!
Go Directors Cup!!!

So each golfer was +19 on average. Seems pretty high for NCAA golf?

If the conditions in Pittsburgh were anything like southern Wisconsin the last few days, they were way less than ideal for golf with stupid high winds & rain…
But if +5 = good (not disputing that), how is 65 & 71 strokes worse than a good score not all that bad?

Also congrats to the women's water polo team!
No. 7 ranked University of Michigan water polo team claimed its sixth consecutive Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) championship with a 10-4 victory over Harvard on Sunday (April 24) at Bucknell's Kinney Natatorium.
With the victory, Michigan earned an automatic bid to the NCAA Championship, which the Wolverines are set to host May 6-8 at Canham Natatorium in Ann Arbor, Mich.
They probably will be the only school East of the Rockies to participate in the Great 8 at Canham starting this Friday
