Obvious, but, must be stated problem...
Both Stu and Zack are playing out of position.
Stu was comfortable last season as a wing player.
And with Zack, well, he had to play out of position last season too, however Michigan had quicker guards who harrassed offenses more, so it wasn't quite as obvious that Novak was OOP.
Of course, that doesn't explain why Novak can't shoot anymore...

For Novak, I feel like he should only be allowed to take a 3 every other game while he's still a 50% FT shooter. What a waste of the bonus with 15 min left in the game.
