In the last critical possessions cost them the game. Perhaps Wagner should have been in the game.

Bell intimidated our drivers, which is how you get those calls.  Would have been nice if any of the block/charges went our way or the number of times they pushed off with their off arms drew a call.  Or if travelling were a thing.  Or if we rebound the missed front end.  Or if DJ makes that bunny.  Or if either of Duncan's halfway down threes went all the way down.

So many tiny things.  And we still had a good look for the win.

They didn't seem to have their heads in the game.

Mo kept throwing up prayers from outside and MAAR had 3 lackadaisical turnovers, in addition to shooting 1-6.

Two less of these mental mistakes, would have made the difference.

Mo is still hot and cold.  Needs to develop some consistency.  Also think he feeds off the crowd.  The home/road splits were concerning and with the dead arena tonight he struggled.  When there was more energy like say, against Louisville, he was great.  He's a really emotional player and that works both ways.

MAAR had his worst game in forever tonight, which was unfortunate.

But Michigan wins this game most of the time.  Missed rebound on the 1:1 up 3, 100 seconds left was a dagger.  Get the board, great chance to go up 5/6 with a minute to play.  Walton had a great look for the game winner.  It's a game of inches sometimes.  D. Rob had a couple 3's go in and out.  So close, but a great run!!

Good game to Oregon. Sloppy ball cost us along with the 3 ball not being solid tonight. It was a very winnable game, too. Oh, well. There's always next year.
