There are only eight, though, which sucks. A few are redundant and the west arcade isn't shown at all, which sucks additionally. Nonetheless, the towers are nearing the point of looking pretty, professional, and finished. That doesn't suck. I went back for a best friend's wedding and a few days of nostalgic nonsense after that. Intermittently amidst that nonsense, I basically haunted the stadium. I visited 4 times in as many days. I can safely say that I love the renovations, and I too really like the bricking. The arches make the new stadium architecturally contiguous with the Athletic Campus. And--as the sixth picture down highlights--after the bricking is treated, it looks mighty pretty. Anyway, I left Ann Arbor with a few new feelings: (1) The structures are enormous (I mean ENORMOUS; the East structure will have 4 roomy concourses, after all), yet they still pale in comparison to the enormity of the bowl, and I like that very much. Anecdotally, my friend and I would stand--full of awe--at either (1) the feet of the western Main Street-adjacent structure or (2) about 100 paces back from the eastern Crisler-adjacent structure. Then, we'd walk around to an opposite corner of the stadium. From that new location, it was shocking how little of those huge structures (seriously: only a tiny, tiny corner of one tower) we could see over the outer-rim of the stadium bowl. That was a very telling sight for us. (2) [Something I've been curious about for some time:] I feel I have a pretty good handle on how the workers will remove the old pressbox (and, yeah, I can't believe how small it looks now; I used to think it was huge). They will actually be able to tear it down from "under" the east structure. This may be hard to understand without viewing the exterior walls of the old pressbox from outside the eastern facade (by Main Street). However, the pressbox is fully accessible from that perspective. In fact, this may be the explanation for the contractor's decision not to brick that facade, yet. (3) I'm also glad to read Mgoblue.com report "...then tunnel area will begin to be bricked." I was worried that they would ignore that area.
