The door in this recruitment may also be a little open because Colorado parted ways with their DC 2 weeks ago. Supposedly was a holdover from the Mel Tucker staff and the new HC wanted his own man for the DC spot.

It’d be great to get him in the fold, but seems like a tough pull so close to signing day.
There’s also some unsigned DTs in the portal that I would think the new staff is looking at to fill out the class.

I think they have to look at the transfer portal regardless of if they sign someone or not. We need depth (and possibly starters) at the position. Mohammed Diallo out of CMU is a huge target

No one will say for sure but I think the 247 guys said at least 1 of his decommitments may not have been his choice. Seems like there's some kind of issues there that are making teams back off.
