Michigan and Drake Harris
Was on Tim Sullivan's chat earlier, where he said Michigan is "in pretty good position with (Drake) Harris" as a response to a poster who asked the likelihood we strike out on all top 3 in 2014 McDowell, Harris, Webb. Was surprised to hear him say that about Harris, and I didnt get a chance to get him to elaborate. Since when are we in a "pretty good position" for him? I guess Im grasping for hope here, awaiting the return of a dominant WR who can don the 1 jersey again, because right or wrong, I feel that until that 1 jersey comes back out with a dominant WR, then it isn't the real Michigan back yet.

Coming from someone who is close to the Drake situation (myself), Michigan has a good shot, although I wouldn't call Michigan the official favorite at this moment. I bet Drake doesn't doesn't decide until next fall at the earliest.

bunch of top WRs in the fall if the offense morphs into the West Coast/pro style.
Drake would be a fine addition, but so would guys like Artavis or Marshon or Josh.
Is Drake the best WR or just the most likely WR for us?

I believe Maxpreps has him as the #1 wide receiver for 2014.

overall and behind Artavis, Marshon, Josh and Mark Andrews at WR. Maybe I'm seeing an old version.
Regardless, I'll infer that you think highly of him (I don't know his competition) and he's an elite WR. Good enough.

That's just what I read on the Detroit News:

I re-watched some video of him and he seems much faster & more athletic at WR than BBall.
He is wise to choose FB over BB.

and that is including this fall's past seniors. Just see the state final game if you want any kind of proof.
