Michael Sam Former Missouri DE says he's gay
Michael Sam former Missouri DE and SEC defensive player of the year has most likely become the first openly gay NFL player.
"I just want to make sure I could tell my story the way I want to tell it," Sam told the New York Times. "I just want to own my truth."
Personaly I think he is a brave man for coming out and saying this. I hope this guy suceeds and becomes a HOF'er. This is a momumental day in sports.
