Do people look at his stats?? Doesn't even average 10 points on his career PPG. 7 REB, 4.6 Assist PPG is nice, but those aren't even CLOSE to hall of fame numbers.
Not to mention, his shooting percentage is complete junk.
If he landed anywhere else but GS, he's a nice role player. That's it.
Is there really buzz that Green is a future Hall of Famer? His stats seem sort of equivalent to a guy like Juwan Howard (13.7 PPG, 6.4 REB, 2.3 AST) and while Juwan was a solid NBA player, I wouldn't consider him a candidate for the Hall.
There is. He gets mentioned for it a fair amount.
I hate Draymond as much as the next guy, but his defense is world class and he's a really smart player, Spartyness notwithstanding.
I lot of his contributions don't show up in the stats. So I disagree with your comment that he'd be a role player on any other team.
