Is MgoBlog ticket exchange no more?

Submitted by GRBluefan on August 25th, 2023 at 9:25 AM

Maybe this is old news, since I admittedly have not looked for it in a while...but it appears that the mgoblog ticket exchange spreadsheet is no more?  Or at least this guy can't find it if it still exists.

If it is gone...i am wondering what the site stance is on buying/selling tickets?  I believe one of the gazillion ticket resale apps is a sponsor, so perhaps they had to remove that feature to secure the sponsorship.

Personally, I love to buy my tickets direct from other UM fans if possible!  And if anyone out there is interested in selling 4 to the ECU game...I am in need.

I've used it in the past, but it's been two or three years since I've been able to make it to a game. The sheets looks quite bare. Hopefully, ticket holders will start adding theirs soon.

Pretty sure there used to be a link in the header, but I don't see it anymore. I wonder if they could add it back in.

I "run" the spreadsheet.  My impression is that a few for profit ventures reached out to Seth with hopes of a mutually beneficial relationship,  but none panned out.

I used to have more time to keep it clean, would ping season ticket holders asking if they were selling tickets from previous years. Maybe ill send an email blast out and see if it drums up anything new.

If RobF sees this, could you add the spreadsheet link back to the OP in the sticky thread?

Speaking of that it seems that Nebraska hasn't released their tickets for the game on September 30th yet. Anyone know when they will actually let us download those tickets?

I have four together available for the ECU game. Section 41 down low.

I would sell them to you for market value.

if you would like to provide me your email we could make arrangements.

Are you in GR?  Should be easy.

Edit: Or anyone if they are interested.

looking for advice from those who have bought OSU tix in the past...I need 4.  Question, when is best time to pull thr trigger?  IE when to actually buy them?  Hotel and flights booked, family in tow...I heard advice like wait until OSU loses to ND, but I dunno, any reason to buy early?  I am not scared of the prices today, it is the broker fees (~$160/ticket) that I cannot stomach out of principle.

I will hang up and listen - Go blue!

The spreadsheet is still alive and active. I came to mgoboard just now to see why 5 new requests came in all at the same time.

Unfortunately its just a google doc that I am the sole approver for.
