Malzone at Elite 11
THIS THREAD TITLE IS BAD
Good to know that the plane ride was great.
Thanks OP for the minor heart attack.
Is he playing in a badminton tournament or something?
What about him?
Do you know much about him or not? Is Ray Ray his first name? Are his first and middle name the same? Is Ray Ray short for Raymond Raymond? Is Ray Ray short for Raynard Raymond?
WE NEED TO KNOW THESE THINGS!!!
Seems everyone is flipping out. Not sure why.
Anyway, I think he does okay. Not great, but definitely not awful. I think his performance at QB is all about mentality. Here's hoping he blows up!
if you can read through the red to the blue. Link to a recent update - nothing blue there but Malzone got a mention yesterday.
This is really about relationships with the athletes in the end. How this is treated and portrayed vs. the NCAA list of atrocities is sickening.
... but according to this guy, Malzone wasn't one of the top performers of the day.

Keep in mind, performance is evaluated based on 6 throws, which pretty much means it's meaningless... unless of course he had done well, in which case it would have been more meaningful.
Malzone was out classed by a number of other former Michigan targets like Wimbush, Stidhim, Rosen, Towns, White, Etc. But as others have mentioned this is based on limited throws. Most importantly, I have more faith in Nussmeier's ability to identify and develop a QB than Borges.
Wasn't sparty McMaxwell like a top 3 player at the elite 11 one year?
Penn State commit Winbush is number 7. There is a write up on the top performers on Mlive Link
They also did a write up on Malzone. It's somewhat of a fluff piece that he looked like a Michigan quarterback. What's really important is how he fits into the system Nuss installs. Link They said he displayed a strong arm and calm demeanor.
