M Softball now 24-1
I was popping up game tracker every so often and Michigan was down 3-0 to Western Kentucky in the 7th when I looked. They then hit a double HR to make it 3-2 with 2 outs left in the 7th. Then the game ended on a ground out to first.
Still 24-1 is an amazing record IMO. They'll be taking on Louisville in a little while for game 2 of the double header.
The game against the Dutch national team doesn't count for anything.
Either does Western Kentucky!
Also Baseball just lost to Stony Brook 1-3 so the record is now 3-12.
Next weekend they have to play at Stanford for 3 games (DH on friday) And then the weekend after that it's back home to Ray Fisher to play state for the weekend.

THIS TEAM IS AN EMBARRASMENT TO MICHIGAN SOFTBALL. MY HALF-BLIND GRANDMOTHER IN A WHEELCHAIR COULD HAVE PLAYED SHORTSTOP BETTER. THANK GOODNESS IT'S BASEBALL SEASON AND MICHIGAN IS dominating IN THAT SPORT LIKE USUAL.

Until then, fingers are firmly placed in my ears with a loud, shrieking "LA LA LA LA" coming from my mouth. A loss did not occur unless reported by MGoSoftball. End of story.
