National Championship for the Wolverines and a playoff win for the Lions.

Life is good as a football fan in Michigan.

Nice clips of Aidan showing strong leadership as a 2nd-year player.  As we all know, the guy is a stud with a relentless work ethic.

It's been a great fall to be a UM/Lions fan - which hasn't really happened in my lifetime. Especially since both teams are just absolutely loaded with lovable, good dudes. I'm soaking it all in & trying to savor it - Go Lions!!

MCDC has absolutely changed the culture by bringing in "his (and Brad's) guys".  And Aidan is a poster child for grit, toughness, and work ethic.  We see and hear him on the sidelines prodding and encouraging his teammates, not to take a play off.  The guy has a world-class motor and he leads others without being obnoxious.

Love this team.  We might need a few more pieces in the defensive backfield, DL, and WR to win the Super Bowl but Campbell is getting everything out of what he has.  Fun to watch.

Dan Campbell is one of a kind. What you see is what you get. A true leader of football players.

Something that I find amazing: Campbell and Brad Holmes were hired independently. They had never met each other. And yet they look like the perfect compliment to each other and the mutual respect is obvious. How did Sheila and her hiring committee pull it off? Is Sheila that good? Was it Chris Spielman’s input? Where else in professional sports has someone tried to fill a GM and Head Coach vacancy this way and have it work?

If the lions win I’m going to the NFC Championship game, whether in SF or down in Detroit.  Saw that the spread went from 6 to 6.5.  I really do think we’ll win, but of course that’s why they play the games.

thanks for sharing.

i’ve been to a lot of football games, and let me tell you - that lions game was the most intense, most FUN game i’ve ever attended.  it was electric, every single second, from the moment we sat down (75 minutes before the kick) until well after the gun sounded.  the only comparison in terms of fun was the michigan - indiana snow-globe game in 2016.

so let’s do it again, lions fans!

The crazy thing about the Lions is Dan Campbell's salary. His salary is 4 million a season and here we can't get Harbaugh signed for over almost 3x that much. I can't imagine what Campbell could have got if he would have listened to the folks at Texas A & M.
