I'm tired of all the parasites in their lofty perches taking shot after shot at our coach. The latest is Jeff Defran on TKA who's now going on an hour straight semi-diatribe not just on Jonas, but now on the coach.
This is Coach Rod's team. He'll handle how his players conduct themselves internally, just as Lloyd and Bo did before him. I don't need to see what happens internally (and neither does anyone outside that team for that matter) just that it's not a theme and that coach has his team under control.
Demanding that Coach Rod discipline his players based on a video distributed by AnnArbor.com and questions from the same douchey writers that created the latest hit-piece on Michigan and Coach Rod is asinine. Defran cut's off callers not sympathetic to his views and derisively referrs to Rodriguez as "Judge-Rod".
Seriously, who are these people? Defran has a red-ass because Rodriguez claims he hasn't seen the video and won't punish his player based on an un-flagged incident? Do the writers and talking heads really think THEY should be in charge of running the program and meting out discipline? I'm pretty sure Rodriguez will see the video and take steps to ensure all of his players understand the implications of losing their cool and untimely penalties. Do you really think Charlie Weis is getting grief for still pictures in the local ND newspaper of some of the MMA moves his linemen were putting on Brandon Graham?
My question is: Why is a guy who never uttered a negative syllable about Lloyd Carr so quick to jump all over Rodriguez at ever possible chance? For that matter, why are so many writers, media personalities and Michigan "fans"?
