The Journey: Devin Gardner Feature
I know its a little late but i had to reinstall editing softeware. For those who didnt see it BTN did a nice feature on Devin Gardner. I knw we all give him a hard time on the field but he wears the winged helmet and he plays with his heart. Hes given this team everything and we should at least respect that. He coulda takin the easy route and said see ya but he stuck with the program. No doubt in my mind he loves michigan. Enjoy and as always GO BLUE!!! BEAT THE TERPS!!
P.S i will be uploading bball games starting tomorrow against Wayne St. Cant wait!!!

Dammit if there is any one guy I wanted to succeed at Michigan it's Devin fucking Gardner.
Say what you want, but he is successful beyond belief already and he has a bright future. Thanks for everything you've done, man. Go have fun these last three games.

I agree with Mgoomaha: Devin Gardner is a success. The "product" on the field hasn't worked out well, but it is much worse when another QB goes in, whether it's Morris or Bellomy. The NFL probably isn't going to happen for him, but he does already have a degree and is on his way toward a master's.
I think any Michigan fan owes Devin a sizable debt of gratitude for staying. Nobody would have blamed him for transferring to a school that ran a system on offense that was a better fit for his skills. It is sad that in the eyes of some "fans," Devin will probably be blamed for how this season turned out.
To them, I say, "Look at how bad it is when Devin isn't on the field."
I hope he gets a shot as a grad assistant so that he can finish up his master's. He could turn out to be a fine coach someday.

It is crazy how the more coaching he got, the more he has regressed. His best stretch was definitely after he'd been playing and practicing at WR all season. Then he had an up and down year playing QB full time. And now this season...yeesh.
I don't understand how both Borges and Nussmeier can't sem to coach QBs, when that's at least part of what their reputations were based on. And I don't think it's just Gardner. Robinson got worse under Borges. Morris is shockingly underdeveloped. UM seriously hasn't had a polished, well-developed QB since probably Henne's junior season.

I love this guy and can't help but think how his career would have turned out without all the turmoil in the program during his tenure. During it all, he has done nothing but fight and not once have I heard a complaint.
Devin, enjoy the hell out of the rest of your career!!
Go Blue

I'll always remember Devin Gardner as I did in the UTL2 and 2013 OSU. The kid has the most heart and toughness I've ever seen. He just is a lead by example kind of guy as opposed to the vocal leader I think we needed this year. I hope we make a bowl game so I can watch him play one more time for the Maize and Blue.
