What a coincidence!  I am expecting a package from Amazon, today.  In the aforementioned package will be a brotform proofing basket.  I have begun making artisan bread.  The only difference is that the Livers' decision will provide happiness for, at most, one year, while the proofing basket should allow me to make bread for many years to come.  Good luck to the both of us!

I don't know why Josh Henschke wants to keep us informed of his health but I hope its good news for him!
