I totally forgot...who calls the NBC Irish games now? Tirico and Flutie? I always liked Hammond and Haden.

You like Hammond??
I don't think you had many compatriots in that regard, comrade.

I wonder if Mike Mayock will be on hand. I seem to recall him being a part of the ND broadcasts on NBC.

They always try to get vanilla guys to announce. Somehow it's supposed to fit the Irish brand.

for those of us pretending to be very busy at work, is there a reader's digest version of any of these? just because you're on the run doesn't mean you don't have time to listen to these things and transcribe them for us as you flee the US marshals....

Not really...I usually have them playing in the background while I make fake IDs and eat Chinese food.

What was the guys name you stole the breakfast from in the hospital? He looked like a ND fan.

How is Mark Titus disgusted? (Sorry, trying to quit Bill Simmons. Love the Ringer, but if Simmons isn't talking about the NBA, I'm not really interested.)

He thinks Urban should have been fired. He is already mad that the OSU fans are going to give him a standing ovation when he returns for their 4th game. He's mostly upset with Ohio State fans that didn't attend the university think this is about winning football games and not the integrity of the university. I thought it was really interesting to hear a former 'student' athlete at OSU share these thoughts.
Simmons thinks Urb should have been fired too, FWIW.

He's very disappointed in his university putting winning above integrity.

One would think he'd be used to it by now.

Hope Jansen is right about the offensive line --- They've learned the fundamentals from Warriner and have confidence in execution which allows them to focus more on what's going on around them pre-snap.

Holy smoke that was good. WAY better than I expected. Thanks, Fugitive, for posting this.
