Excerpts running for a week.  In the Detroit News.

LMFAO.  I might have picked a few slightly different excerpts.  But those ones, probably calculated so as not to maximize the public humiliation for Rosenberg and Snyder, will do nicely.

Is this open to the public, or it is a student/alum only event? Probably a dumb question since it says "friends" in the opening, but obviously I would want to be certain.

seeing John U. Bacon do a speaking engagement for a group of Michigan alums is always rewarding, even when he's not talking about one of the most important books in the program's history.
