Jo'Ziah Edmond, '24 ATH from Indiana, commits to UM

According to Clint Cosgrove @Rivals.

Edmond is a 3* ATH according to Rivals and a 3* WR according to 247. He chose M over the likes of Baylor, Wisconsin, Purdue, Ole Miss, and Kentucky.

I think he is here to play CB.  His highlights show an athlete that plays CB, WR, and takes a lot of snaps as a wildcat. He is a tall athletic physically tough football player

I agree with him playing CB. According to 247, he was recruited by Clinkscale and Minter.

Not saying he won't play WR, but if those two coaches are after him, they obviously see something good in his speed and presence that will be good for the defense.

Welcome aboard Mr. Edmond.

Good stuff.  Welcome aboard.

Also, kudos to the poster for including a link and some text.  Truly a herculean effort by you as I've been led to believe that conveying recruiting information beyond "trust me bro" is nigh impossible and a sign of toxicity.

Interesting. From the county I grew up in-through 8th grade. Northwood has long been a football power. My brother, huge Michigan fan, resides in the school district-my nephew starred in football and track there. I bet my brother offered Jo'Ziah some advice here.

Northwood is great for the area, but it's small time Indiana football. I'm not sure what Northwood has been up to, but they have receivers who are committed to Georgia and Michigan (one is transferring to IMG I believe).

That's by far the most talent anyone has put out from this area, ever. Pretty wild for a small school in an Amish town. It's rare to have a P5 player in the entire conference they play in.

Sam Webb goes into a bit more detail about Jo'Ziah. From what I heard, sounds like he is a diamond in the rough DUDE. Could definitely be the sleeper in the '24 class.
