Jack Harbaugh speech to the team (4-5 years ago)
SIAP but I've never seen it here. This was from a few years back based on the guys in the room. Jack Harbaugh is a treasure, and it's amazing that here five or six years later his sons have the number one teams in both college and pro football. Guy has got to be bustin' with pride these days.

I don’t think John has a sideline pass - it’s certainly not visible. I hope no one sends a copy of this photo to the NCAA or Petitti at the B1G offices.
They’re both wearing Adidas gear - which would reflect an “older” pic. Hopefully, this means the statute of limitations has run its course and beyond the timeline for enforcement.

I love the look on Jim’s face. Hanging on every word. Engrossed. I have to imagine he’s heard that before but no matter, he was 100% committed. That seems to embody Jim in everything. Loved it.

I liked this of Jack Harbaugh's stories.... Just shows who is the HC for the family....
Just come to appreciate the Harbaugh's family...
Also, Jake Butt is talking with Papa Harbaugh.... A great conversation.. One story, I loved about JH being picked off from 1st base in extra innings and what Papa Harbaugh told Jim... Wow.. Classic..

A bit of a tangent here - but, associated with Jim’s parents.
I realize I have no right to make a request… the Harbaughs seem like a great family and Jack / Jackie had the right approach to raising their children.
But, here goes - for Jack & Jackie. On Monday evening - please sit next to each other the exact same way you did (after switching seats at the Rose Bowl) - for Michigan’s trying TD and OT.

Dad is a strong motivator, but I thought I read a few years back that the boys, especially Jim gets his drive and feisty spirit from mom.
