Is it just me or does Devin Gardner look like a natural?
that he's a safety.
Those plays looked like he was at LB to me, could be wrong though

WOTS is that he's playing strong safety. So it's feasible that he could be walked up closer to the line of scrimmage, but still playing a safety position.
Is that good for the defense or bad for the offense?
This is why spring ball is so hard to judge.
I have watched the video a few times, and here is what I think:
- Cox: warm up the annual hype machine, hose Magnus down. Could do something if he doesn't fumble. Clearly not having RR around, and thus no RR doghouse, will be good for him.
- DTs: Q and BWC will rotate all year long and allow MM to dominate. At least this is what ninety seconds of spring practice has told me. Please be true.
- Denard: bad looking pass to JR yesterday, but lasers here. What a player.
- Furman and Hawthorne look like they could get some solid PT this year, but where is MRob? Has he been shown in any of these videos yet?
-Our run D looks a lot better than our pass D, but remember there is no TWoolf or Floyd. Still, anyone who thinks our pass D will be better than our run D is smoking crack.

He's never fumbled in a game.
