This article provides some additional insights into why osu may not have offered him. He says it was probably a rumor that he got into fight with a teacher, which he denied ever happened in addition to some grade issues. Anyway, still sounds like he wants an offer from them to me and mentions his father wanting him to go to osu, but not to worry about getting the offer or not. It's a bucknuts article, so obviously there's a slant involved and little mention of UM, but still a good read.
