That's actually pretty awesome to hear.

Great to see mutual respect for the talent on both ends of this rivalry. Such a far cry from the "competitiveness" between us and them just 7 years ago.

Would like to see a running game to eat clock at points in the game until the D matures. No drop off expected under Harbaugh. Like that
QB should be a positive.

Wait. This can't be right. 2023 is when everything is perfect for this team. Your meaning to tell me that young players can develop during the season and actually be really good?

Weird.

Michigan's season will be determined by the play of the offensive line and the QB. Just watched the msu game and it was painfully obvious that we were dominant, but clearly lacked a good enough o-line and very inconsistent play from the QB. It would really be nice to have a running game which we would if we had dominant nasty o-line play. Our defense will always be very good and will be even better with a offense with a dominant o-line because teams will become demoralized with us consistently running the ball and scoring. It would also be nice to have a mobile enough QB to put more pressure on opposing defenses, unless he can spin it like Stafford. Speight consistently misses wide open receivers who would score easy touchdowns and it cost us at least two games. It would not surprise me at all if Peters is the starting QB to start the season. Bottom line is I want to see Taylor Lewan type o-lineman stating at Michigan, playing nasty, through the whistle and with bad intentions on every play. Michigan could have sleep walked through last year with above average o-line....period. Would'nt be nice to have one or two all-americans on the o-line or at least #1 big ten type guys. Four guys and not one gets drafted, sorry we will always be fighting a up hill battle against good teams. Sorry for the rant but I am sick of watching a solid team with a weak o-line and inconsistent QB play somewhat brought on by weak line play. Four of my top players ever...Jake Long, Taylor Lewan and of course John " jumbo" Elliot and Steve Everitt. Not the two assholes who were flat out stone cold drunk on a wenesday night during ND weak and they both got there asses kicked. They both started on the o-line and one played in the NFL for a good while. Working security at the club quite a way off campus and seeing those guys that drunk three days before a big game  just did'nt sit right with me because of there teammates and it showed with there play. I think the character on Harbaugh's team is top notch and if the o-line talent can catch up it is pretty simple, Michigan will win a lot.

Screw OSU and this "collapse" bullcrap. Michigan was 10-3 last year. What is a collapse now..9-4? By most accounts our guys are bigger and faster than last year. Speight was a first year starter last year and will be a second year starter with only a small handful of guys he hasn't throw to yet. He's still handing off to mostly the same guys and throwing to a majority of the same guys. The O-line will be better than last year because they will be bigger and more athletic without a lot of the bad habits. 3-9 or 4-8 is a collapse.

OSU doesn't cheapshot their way to victory.  And they've earned the ability to talk smack to us.  Even their fans that I've run into over the past 30 years have generally been fun to talk to.  There's none of that stupid "Walmart" crap.

Sparty, OTOH, forgot there was over a century of football before 2008 and whore themselves for respect while trashing everyone else.  There's only one game this season where I'm rooting for ND and PSU and that's when they play Sparty.
