For people watching the game: are these penalties legit? Five penalties on one team (including a major and 2 two-man advantages) vs. none for the other team just seems utterly ridiculous. Maybe they feel bad for the Mavs after last night??

These calls are all probably legit. However, if all hockey games were called like this, there would be 1000x more penalties for a lot of the teams that UM were beating during this season.

was horrible. He barely touched the UNO player in the small of the back as he was driving to the net. Half of the calls against Mich have been legit, and half have been either borderline or just plain bad. No game should have this many penalties unless there are brawls breaking out.
/end rant.
However, it is great to see the Michigan players just crushing guys. I'm not nearly as angry now that it's 2-2.
