that works for you because someone in your org uploaded it as a custom emoji. It's not a default part of the slack emoji set.

If you can't upload the OP emoji, you can always do the :part_alternation_mark: which I believe is standard with Slack. This is the "M" you always see on tweets and the like.

Not true at all. It's only for your own private Slack/company slack.
You can even find out who uploaded it by accessing the full list of custom emoji.

That's exactly what I have run with for the past 3.5 years... everyone else has pictures of themselves and emojis and all sorts of other stuff. I rock with the block M.

We use Microsoft Teams, so you can have the stadium in the background, if you want. It looks well enough provided you don't move much, of course, because it's basically an exceedingly cheap green screen effect. In the 18 months we've been scattered to the winds at work, I've seen some really....eccentric backgrounds for meetings too. I will put it that way.
