Help with TicketIQ? Got 4 PSU tickets to unload

Submitted by Gitback on October 24th, 2018 at 8:27 AM

Trying to use TicketIQ to sell my 4 PSU tickets, but the site is making it look like it doesn't deal in U of M tickets.

I'd like to get a pretty good price for them (4 together, very front row of the North endzone) but I don't see any way to bring up Michigan Football.  The search function doesn't seem to do anything, and our school isn't listed if you use the pull-down menu features.  Maybe the site is just having issues?

Am I better off going elsewhere for now?

This seems like as good a place as any...

I may be looking for 4 inexpensive tickets to the Indiana game if anyone has some they won't be using. Would like to take my boys to a game but not looking to spend a ton of money for great seats or anything.

Edit: Just wanted to clarify I'm not looking for great tickets for cheap, just looking for cheap, fairly priced tickets. Thanks.

Wow.  Okay.

Well, these are Section 12, Row A, seats 1-4.  Pretty much right at the flag pole.  You can basically high five Todd McShay... if you were so inclined.

I guess, if you're interested, you can email me at [email protected] with an offer.

Looking at what I'm seeing on Stubhub, I was going to list them for $225/ticket.  But I'll take best offer.

General stadium question:

Do seat numbers align across rows? I need 3 tickets,  which is apparently a crap number to get.  I'm considering getting a pair in one row and a third in the adjacent row.  E.g. assuming seat 11 in row 80 is close to seat 11 in row 81.

“Close,” yes, absolutely.  However, as noted, you may end up with one on the other side of the aisle.  Seating at Michigan stadium confuses a lot of people, because the aisles are in the middle of the sections.  Depending upon the section and the distance from the field, you’re going to find that the aisle seat is something like 12, 13, 14, or 15 (very much generalizing here).  Seat 1 is never on the aisle; it’s as far from the aisle as you can get.

You could also consider buying four and re-sellling one; of course, if that fourth ticket doesn’t get sold... :(

Thanks for the advice, all!

Andi - Sets  of 4 are definitely more prevalent.  We're shooting for the cheapest available,  but that might still be close to $200 with the fees for corner seats up high. Email me if you're interested: vitekm /at/ gmail

The other two are PSU fans (I know,  I know), and are getting a little antsy, so we might buy soon. Maybe.

I had a bad experience as buyer of Final Four tickets on TicketIQ. Consider using TickPick. It takes a couple weeks to get paid but I have had a great experience as both buyer and seller.

Sold them for my asking price.  They literally got snapped up in about 15 seconds on Stubhub.

I held off to see if anyone from the board was going to email, but I didn't get any so I just went ahead and listed them.

Thanks all for the input/advice!
