Hello: Spencer Hyman
According to Michigan Hockey Net, Zach Hyman's brother has committed to the University of Michigan. He's a defender and earned the nickname "The Bus," although I'm sure his game is slightly different than Jerome Bettis'. He's going to be either a 2012 or 2013 commit. Nobody seems to know right now. But welcome Spencer!!!

"Buster" ?
Him and his brother will be Buster and Terror.
Hi, Man
So hockey commits come in pairs too.
So...Hokes recruiting style is spilling over to hockey now, 2x2 and brothers, I'll take it.
.....before we get all three or four kids in a family, plus all first cousins on both sides.
So we're going to have a pair of hymans on the team. Wow, there's just so many one-liners in there...
Don't bust that name now.
That's not exactly virgin territory you're on.
Oops, I mean thanks for posting.
dry hump for second straight day
ill take it
and then there were 3
wow I thought this was a mistake/double post/typo. everything michigan is going awesome right now
I get really confused about hockey recruiting. Is the difference in when he could enter based on graduating high school early or taking an extra year or two to play juniors or something? I'd appreciate any insight into this.
I think it's almost never because they graduate early. A lot of guys (like Zach Hyman..I think) play a post-grad year at some prep school or other league before coming in. Glendening played at the Hotchkiss School in CT (I think) before coming here. I also think that Zach is in his post-grad year in the CJHL as opposed to college or the CHL
I think guys do this to get some added development before going to college/major junior. Based on the number of 'I think's in there, take it for what it's worth
Thanks, that's exactly what I thought but wasn't sure. I'll take your slightly-more-knowledgable ramblimgs as fact.
Wow, Hoke is dominating recruiting in two sports.
Defense huh? That Hyman is impenetrable!
