"Harbs:” The Jim Harbaugh not everybody knows

Submitted by TallyWolverine on

I don't know if this has ever been posted on here before, but I don't remember ever seeing it. It's an amusing article about JH's days as a Chicago Bear. The first part of the article is a story about JH getting restless sitting on the sidelines as a backup to Jim McMahon and Mike Tomczak. It's just more insight into the competitive nature of HARBAUGH. Enjoy. I know I did.

This Harbs seems more and more like he has ADD (probably with the H too), and football and competition is what he loves so he's able to hyperfocus on it.  He probably rubbed the ego-driven, type-A personality 49ers brass the wrong way because he was able to be more of a leader and more well-liked than them just by being himself without even really trying.  He's basically a football coach version of Mitch McGary.
