"(I) love him. Love him, love him. He had a meeting last night and there was a partition in between the offense and the defense, and the paint peeled off the walls (he was so loud)," Harbaugh said. "He's an intense man. A ball of fire. We'll have to get the meeting room repainted because he was peeling the paint off. - Harbaugh regarding Brown

Wow. That's actually sort of a Harbaugh-level intensity too if I am imagining this scene correctly. The Brown hire already made a ton of sense, but now it makes that much more. I actually didn't know that Smith had experience playing under and coaching with Brown - football is a small world indeed.

of the coaching puzzle Harbaugh needs to win NC's at Michigan.  With Brown's crazy, aggressive, and talented defense, and Harbaugh's innovative pro offense, the sky is now the limit.  And both guys exude a high level of intensity that the players will feed off of.

"You have the right to remain scoreless for four quarters.

Any offense you try to run on us can and will be used to annihilate you.

You have a right to request an official review.

But the official review will not help you because your punt team is already on the field.

Do you understand what is about to happen to you?

With this notification in mind, would you like to forfeit now!!?"
