It means that JH carded a lower net score on some holes that amounted to 8 shots better than his partner. It does reflect that coach either has a nice fat handicap or he played pretty damn well.

They need to finish in the top 25 (out of 156) to continue to play Sunday. Currently, the cut is at -8, and Harbaugh's team needs to make up roughly 5 strokes. But yesterday they played the toughest course and the one they play today is easier.

Bettencourt is his best pro playing partner and its not even close. Harbaugh just needs to give him a little Rudock coach 'em up treatment - Start off shaky, get better in middle and by the end pretty darn good.
