Ufer too, pretty sweet
Two of the finest men to ever walk this Earth.
They gave us such memorable quotes as "To hell with Notre Dame," and "Ohio Stadium = 20,000 students and 70,000 truck drivers."
God bless them.
It's my best friend's 21st today. Yes, she survived last night, and yes, there's a round 2 tonight.
I plan to start celebrating as soon as my last lecture is done at 1:30.
It's Friday, plenty of reason to celebrate.
Bo clips to celebrate his birthday.
Seeing Ray Lane interview Bo after the big OSU upset in '69 brings back the memories of Bo's early years!
Happy Birthday Bo and Ufer!
clip. That brings back memories. I remember in 1982 when Bo went to Texas to interview at A&M. The press followed him like he was a rock star. A&M was going to pay him the highest salary ever given to a coach, and Bo said, "there are more important things to me, and one of them is Michigan"
He later admitted that it was "damned hard" to turn down all that money, but he NEVER regretted staying at Michigan.
Bo, the original Michigan Man. RIP Coach.
