Hail & Unite minions have been deployed

Submitted by DISCUSS Man on

together, we can unite against Hail & Unite. their youtube video is getting smoked with dislikes. i invite everyone on here with a youtube or gmail account to get on there and leave a comment and dislike the thing.

They have deployed their minions across twitter, most likely the friends and or family of those working on this awful thing. Also, their lackys have began posting (fake) comments on the video to try to drown out the negative responses.

Together, we can do this.

A friend of mine is on the "Board of Directors" or whatever and she messaged me asking to "endorse" it on facebook, etc. I don't understand why they can't just give up.

The kid's inate asswipe-ness stands on its own merits.  There is no need to take shots at the girls who happen to be in the pictures.

Besides, only in the fantasy world of the internet are they "5's".  If one of them smiled at you in an actual math class, you'd follow her around like a puppy for the rest of the semester.

You gotta stop saying dumb things then doubling down on them when called out. Your defense of yourself in the thread a day or two ago when talking about a rumor you spread about Peppers would be a good case study...

You asked, I'm giving an honest answer. That kind of crap is why I take issue with you when I do. I also try to speak up when I think you made a good post or point as well.

Mr Shirtless, I was simply following OP's instructions to neg the video on YouTube.  I scrolled down to read the comments (because YouTube comments are always awesome) and WD's was at the top of the page.  I found it to be humerous and I thought the board would too.

Is there a mean girl's lunch table nearby?  I feel like I just walked past one.

I'm all for fun and games as a lot posts on this thread has been, but things like this is just plain stupid. So you go around being spiteful about whatever he has "wronged" you about, even after all this time? Some people have had said some pretty stupid shit  to me or in general around here  but I move on. Why? It's the internet. I don't know anyone here personally so I have no personal stake in what they think of me, good or bad. When it comes down to it.... who cares? If you don't agree with someone about something--fine, say your part and move on.  It takes more effort in being a vindicitve little girl than putting their big boy/girl pants on and joining the adult world.

Just remember.... just because you may have been offended by something, doesn't make you right. That can be a bitter pill for some to swallow but that doesn't mean people should be following others around just to get a chance to neg them.

I have no dog in this fight and don't know WD from Adam, but some of this stuff that goes on around this board is pretty much petty high school crap.

False. He gets overly defensive about random things, which is fine cuz many do on the Internet. What differentiates him from others though is his fetish for all things Michigan. It is the stereotype of Walverine. Snobbish attitude and cyber-stalking this Adam Weiss kid in the "defense" of Michigan as if the school needs any. It would be bearable if he actually went to the damn school, but it's priceless to know that he's just obsessed with something he's never been actually a part of.

I don't have a problem with people who don't go to/work for Michigan and are fans. Just don't act like the gatekeeper/end all be all for all of the school's damn secrets. Seeing him making fun of Weiss when his life revolves around sucking on Michigan's teat is pathetic and hilarious at the same time.

"It would be bearable if he actually went to the damn school, but it's priceless to know that he's just obsessed with something he's never been actually a part of."

So in other words, based on that statement, you are still in high school?

If you read my second paragraph, you would know that I actually went to Michigan and don't harbor ill will towards fans who didn't go to UM. Instead you reacted to the first thought that popped up into your brain and giggled while googling Mean Girl gifs thinking you're proving some point in defending UM's version of BuckEyeGuy in the making.

Kudos to you.

Gretchen is the hotter one anyway.

Just curious....do you get a cramp in your neck with your nose pointed up so high? Or is it false bravado because you have built an online persona because your real one is lacking?

I just ignored the useless fluff you wrote and got to the heart of the issue. Since you feel slighted that I glossed over that....let's address it. Who cares if he gets all defensive. Who cares if he didn't go to Michigan. What is it to you? No seriously....what is it to you? How does it have ANYTHING to do with you? Nothing. How does it affect your life? It doesn't. He doesn't pay your bills, he doesn't pay your alumni fees and donations, his postings have no bearing on your life what so ever. You get your panties in a wad over someone who you don't even know on the internet. Who looks like the bigger chump here? Not WD, I can tell you that.   Keep pointing the finger because you have three pointing right back at you. Are you a grown man? If so, you sound awful like a little high school girl or someone who never grew up. You are not an adult if you feel the need to compartmentalize and separate out others and put yourself of a pedestal to feel better.  Do you feel better? Feel better putting down someone on the internet? The pictures were just to make the post more relatable and to  show how ridiculous you sound. Apparently it worked because you're salty about it. Usual response when some truth hits home.

You don't need to explain you went to Michigan. It obviousgiven how you threw around the whole "I'm better than you" elitist attitude in your original post, but thanks for pointing that out again. Glad you have something in your life to make your reflection tolerable in the mirror in the morning. This is all quite frankly funny and pathetic at the same time. I'm getting off the internet to enjoy real life. I suggest you might do the same. Real life can really put things into prospective. Tah tah.

Lol wow. Are you WD's mother? I think the amount of negs WD gets consistently is enough evidence to say many feel that way about him. I was merely summarizing the point of this tangent. That isn't being elitist.

Sorry that you can't comprehend that WD brings a lot of criticism onto himself.

How funny.

I'm "snobbish", even though you are trying to make me feel like I did something wrong by not having the brains nor the money to attend Michigan.

Keep reaching, bud. You might snap if you reach any harder.

Long time lurker, so I've been around long enough...

When did I exactly do that? I was pointing out how it was weird for you to be so vehemently opposed to something that would affect the school more than it would ever affect you since you don't go to it. Your cyber-stalking and constant berating of Hail and Unite proved my point.

I echo what bronxblue, omg shirtless and timmmaay have said before me.

As though going to Michigan makes one a better person and exempt from criticism by non-Michigan plebs? BFD, tens of thousands go to Michigan each year. I wonder why Michigan people are considered arrogant.

Is the person born into a Michigan family any less a fan than a person who went to Michigan because it happened to be the best school he or she got into?

He's felt an affiliation to the school and the program for just about his whole life. Of course it's important to him.
