You know, there were guys calling into sports radio this week suggesting that Phelps is not a Michigan man. They had a pretty good point, other than the whole being tattooed for Michigan thing.

He is a Michigan Man enough to have a couple of drunk Spartan fans cheering against him at Buffalo Wild Wings as he was swimming for the US this week.

Don't know if it was a degree program or not, or if he passed them or what. Hard to get the inside scoop when it's a violation of federal law to go snooping (not that it stopped the Snooze reporters).
