Michigan travels to Champaign to face the Illini. The broadcast begins at 7:00 pm EST on ESPN.
Though Purdue leads the conference standings by two games, the race for second is tight. Our Wolverines are in second place in the conference with an 11-7 record, a half game ahead of seven other teams who have 8 losses.
A lot of comments in different threads. It’s as close to a “must win” as there is, if the team hopes to Dance in a couple of weeks.
Rumor has it that Jett will be in the lineup tonight…

While jett is a very good individual offense of player, perhaps our best, watching the team over the past week or so, it just seems like they play better as a unit without him in the game. His defense is brutal and he doesn’t move the ball well.
Juwan Howard knows basketball. He sees something in Cheddar and he is pretty adamant about it. I am perplexed as anybody but I am just hoping Juwan is right and Cheddar starts Christian Laettner-ing fools?

Never understood logic of holding Reed for the 2nd half when the other team may begin purposely fouling the big man. That is not going to happen in the 1st half.
Should be able to feed Dickinson down low given outside shots are falling so far.
Shannon is a tough guard when he's going downhill like that. Bufkin can't afford any foul trouble so it makes it harder.

Wait. The refs stop the game because a defensive player is hurt. Makes sense BUT didn't the refs NOT stop the game when a Michigan defensive player was hurt?
I guess the officials only stop play for injured players when Michigan is on offense. They gave MSU a 5 on 4 on Tuesday night.
