I still think it would be awesome if we ran a typical I-formation, zone read left as a tribute to old times... then run in subs for the fb extra te, get up to the ball quick, and in with the new.

Vegas is going to have all sorts of bets on what Michigan's first offensive play will be. Curious what they will put out for betting. Zone read left would be a funny tribute.

Hand-off to McGuffie, then have him do a front flip over the O-line. If he gets anywhere after that, cool, but I just want the flip.

How about something crazy that Carr would never run, something like an option to Carlos Brown who throws it to Matthews who takes it in for 6, like a 70 yard play. Now that would be fun. GO BLUE!

never ran by Carr, why not an end around to Arrington off a play action to Hart followed with Arrington throwing for the endzone to Manningham. Carr would never do that, would he?

DFRowe - you must be too young to remember Charles Woodson and Marquise Walker throwing TD passes?

And Jake Long was the target of a pass in the Capital One bowl. It would have been fun to see him running with the ball if he had caught that.

Nothing like starting the game out with a play that takes 5 minutes to develop.
