First 5K students get free glazed donuts for "glazed donut game"
Everything Brady Hoke says Dave Brandon can do something with.
"This Is Michigan"
"ohio"
"Glazed donut game"
Rumors are true, the first 5K @umichstudents to arrive at Michigan Stadium on Sat. will receive 'glazed' donuts courtesy of @TimHortonsUS.

The crappiest home game of the year, with a noon start, on a religious holiday for many students - yeah, I'm sure there will be a lot of no-shows. But the thing is, last there were tons of no-shows every week. Even the MSU game only drew about 80% student capacity.

Just another team batting 0.500 coming in for a B1G Network broadcast game. Like everyone around here insists on a daily basis, "they're not a rival."

Where'd you see that 80% figure? I can't imagine that is remotely true as any student with half a brain and not going to the game (can you be both?), would sell their ticket to a multitude of MSU students that would've gone (not saying that that's appropriate).
Also, looking back through pictures of that game, the student section looks full, and if I remember correctly from my experience, it was pretty cramped in there.
The only figure I see routinely trotted out is the 7k out of 22k students didnt make NW, if 20% (4.4k) of the 22k students didn't make it to MSU, I imagine the AD would've made a big stink about it.

This is going to be a shitty turn out weekend. It's Yom Kippur and Akron on top of that.

Haha, funny. Actually, I heard that the Sparty women were giving glazed donut face to the first 5,000 students at the game Saturday.

I feel kinda bad for the students, but maybe most don't care. To see them having to file into the stadium hours before kickoff. For what? To sit there and wait? One of the best things about game day is the pre-game partying. The crowded walk. Etc. Oh well, I guess no one is forced to show up early. Free donuts? Kinda lame bribe.

This might have been sad if the students normally filling the lawns hadn't been instead filling Michigan Stadium.

Just dragging the picture into the text box works most times. If not, there's info on all that stuff here:
